I built a headless e-commerce platform for a regional fashion brand. The goal was to decouple content from the frontend so the marketing team could publish products without deploying code.
The problem
The previous site ran on WordPress with a custom theme. Every banner or product change required a full deploy, and the content team depended on engineering.
The solution
Migrated to a headless architecture:
- Frontend: Next.js with App Router and SSR
- CMS: Sanity for products, banners, and landings
- Payments: Stripe Checkout
- Search: Algolia

- LCP from 4.2s down to 1.6s
- Marketing team publishes without touching code
- +28% in mobile conversion rate
